Due to health concerns surrounding the COVID-19 virus, the Law Office of Kathryn M. Cockrill, LLC will not be conducting in person consultations, however the Law Office will remain open with extended hours to meet the needs of all clients.
The Law Office will continue to conduct business, including estate planning, probate administration, trust administration, and guardianship and conservatorship matters through the mail, online, and by drop-off at the office. Consultations will be held by either telephone or video conferencing. Please note, all original documents must be notarized in person – arrangements will be made, on a case by case basis, to fulfill this legal requirement.
Due to the nature of this practice, we understand many families may experience true emergencies during this pandemic. We will work tirelessly to address all issues while protecting the health of our staff, their families, and the public. Please contact the office to set up an appointment.
